Gerard is great real estate agent. I used his service to buy a few of my properties. So what can I say he’s very professional, responsible, he always come on time, and he always gives me good and smart advices. Before we send any offers to seller he does a lot of Researchers and tell what that property really worth. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their properties.
Gerard is very professional and helpful. He literally sold our house in 24 hours and before the sale he was even recommending contractors to help fix a few things. He is a go getter and strives for really good quality listings, photos and overall experience in the selling process. He also was very flexible when looking for new homes with us.
